Gethsemane Camp is a duly chartered Local Body of Ordo Templi Orientis. 

The main focus of our organization is the teaching of magick in theory and practice based on the curriculum outlined by Aleister Crowley. We are a community of individuals dedicated to promoting the Law of Thelema.

Our activities include initiations, with the ability to initiate candidates at the Minerval (0°) through III° degree level. We also offer workshops and reading groups, as well as various rituals and other events throughout the year. Our organization holds meetings once per month on Saturdays in our physical temple.

“Gethsemane, Γεθσημανή, was the place of the olive-presses, at the foot of Mount Olivet. To render the pure oil of the olive, the fruit must be crushed and then carefully refined. In the mythos of Jesus Christ, he is placed in the Garden of the olive-presses in the dark night before he is to confront his crucifixion, the necessary prelude to entering into his glory as the Messiah. It is therefore a fitting symbol of the aspirant to Binah, who will undergo a process that may be likened unto the preparation of this oil”.
